Octagon Theatre Refurbishment £13.8m Yeovil Somerset

Somerset Council has published a tender notice under the Procurement Act 2023 for the Octagon Theatre Refurbishment Project in Yeovil. The project aims to transform the theatre into a Cultural Arts Hub and includes extension, refurbishment, and external works. The estimated contract value is £13.8 million including VAT, with works scheduled from February 2027 to December 2028.
