Westminster £340k Community Champions Expansion Programme Contract Awards

Westminster City Council has awarded two Community Champions contracts under the Procurement Act 2023. Contract 1 (£329,826) went to Abbey Community Association for Lillington and Longmore Gardens, Pimlico North Ward. Contract 2 (£340,000) went to Paddington Development Trust for Brunel and Wessex Gardens, Westbourne Ward. Both contracts run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with optional two-year extension to 31 March 2031.
