Maryland PSC Sets Public Hearing on Skipper Solar Project

The Maryland Public Service Commission has scheduled a public hearing for May 4, 2026 on OneEnergy Development LLC's application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to build the 3.0 MW Skipper solar generating facility in Harford County. Local residents and interested members of the public may participate in person or virtually, with written comments accepted through May 15, 2026 under Case No. 9796.
