FL AG Launches Antitrust Investigation Against Major Corporations and Environmental Groups

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier issued Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs) to eight major corporations and four environmental groups as part of an antitrust investigation into potential collusion through environmental partnerships.
