MV Realty Settles with PA AG: Terminate 1,300 Mortgages and $645K Restitution

The Pennsylvania Attorney General secured a settlement with Florida-based MV Realty PBC, LLC and Amanda Zachman resolving 2022 litigation alleging deceptive sales practices under the Homeowner Benefit Program. MV Realty must terminate 1,322 mortgages recorded on Pennsylvania properties without homeowners' knowledge, cancel all existing contracts, and pay $645,595 in restitution plus $7,000 in litigation costs by March 1, 2027. The company and its officers are permanently prohibited from engaging in residential real estate transactions in Pennsylvania.
