Kinder Morgan Texas Header Project; Millennium Pipeline ExxonMobil Rate Agreement

Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC Application for Texas Access Project

Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC filed an application with FERC for its Texas Access Project, a natural gas pipeline extension and related facilities costing an estimated $112 million. The project aims to transport up to 1,300,000 Dth/d. FERC will conduct an environmental review, with a decision on the environmental impact statement or assessment expected within 90 days of notice.
