Jonathan Walters Appointed Chief Executive From May

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) announced Jonathan Walters as its next Chief Executive following an open recruitment process. The appointment was approved by Housing Secretary Steve Reed. Walters previously served as Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Strategy at RSH and its predecessor organisations, and will assume the role from 1 May 2026.
