IBM Pays $17M for Discriminatory DEI Practices
International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) agreed to pay $17,077,043 to resolve DOJ allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by failing to comply with anti-discrimination requirements in its federal contracts. IBM AI Patent, Real-Time Air Temperature Forecasting
