G&P Development Landfill Class I Operating Permit Public Notice

Nebraska DWEE is seeking public comment on a proposed Class I operating permit for G&P Development Landfill (FID# 45275) in Seward County, Nebraska, a municipal solid waste facility with estimated annual emissions including 145.76 tpy particulate matter, 7.89 tpy total HAPs, and 181,400.28 tpy greenhouse gases. Comments will be accepted through May 21, 2026, and any interested person may petition the Director for a public hearing during the comment period. Following the 30-day comment period, the EPA Administrator has 60 days to review before any petition to object may be filed.
