CA Sales Holdings Directors Accept 931,300 Share Options

CA Sales Holdings Limited disclosed the acceptance of share options by four directors under the company share incentive scheme. Duncan Lewis and Frans Reichert accepted 431,300 and 248,300 options respectively on 21 April 2026, while Kaushik Shah and Vikas Mehta accepted 67,700 and 184,800 options respectively on 20 April 2026. The disclosure was made in compliance with JSE and BSE Listings Requirements, with clearance obtained under the JSE Listings Requirements.

UK Has Detained 76 Age-Disputed Children Under One-In-One-Out Scheme

The Humans for Rights Network has identified 76 age-disputed children detained in UK adult detention centres since the UK-France "one in, one out" returns scheme began operating in September 2025. Twenty-six of the 76 have been released into children's social services care after age assessments, 11 released into adult accommodation, and 13 forcibly removed to France — including one child later determined to be a minor by social workers. A high court ruling on 25 March 2026 halted the removal of two further age-disputed children, with their solicitor calling the Home Office's position that age need not be determined before removal "highly concerning."
