In Matter B, Miller engaged in intimate contact with a client during a parental rights matter and instructed her to lie to her husband and delete text messages. Miller admitted the violations and agreed to a public reprimand, with costs to be paid within thirty days.
State v. Miller Jr. - Assault Conviction Affirmed
