CMA Appoints Four New Non-Executive Directors

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) announced the appointment by the Secretary of State for Business and Trade of four new Non-Executive Directors to the CMA Board: Katie Kapernaros, David Halpern, Michael Mire, and Sir Suma Chakrabarti. The appointments follow a fair and open competition conducted in line with the Governance Code for Public Appointments. Each Non-Executive Director is appointed for a five-year term.
