Bryant Guayara Order to Show Cause

The SEC ordered Bryant Guayara to show cause by May 6, 2026, why he should not be deemed in default for failing to file a required answer in an administrative proceeding initiated under Section 15(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Guayara was served with the Order Instituting Proceedings on February 18, 2026, but has not filed an answer as of April 22, 2026. If Guayara fails to respond, the Division of Enforcement must file a motion for default and sanctions by June 3, 2026, and the SEC may determine the proceeding against him without a public hearing.
