IDOL Reaches Agreement with Allied Universal Security Services to Resolve Wage Claims

The Illinois Department of Labor has entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance with Allied Universal Security Services to resolve 25 wage claims totaling approximately $20,000. The company will pay a $37,000 penalty to the Wage Theft Enforcement Fund and is subject to enhanced monitoring and reporting requirements for a two-year period.
