In-Situ Nano-Mechanical Stage Device, UK National Nuclear Laboratory, £120,000

UK National Nuclear Laboratory Limited has awarded a contract to Alemnis AG of Switzerland for the purchase of an in-situ nano-mechanical stage device. The contract is valued at £100,000 excluding VAT (£120,000 including VAT), classified as below the relevant threshold and awarded via limited competition. The equipment will be installed onto a PFIB-SEM system at one of UKNNL's laboratories. Contract performance runs from 7 April 2026 to 31 July 2026, with a possible extension to 30 September 2026.
