DOL Modifies Eight Privacy Act Systems Adding Treasury Disclosure Routine Uses

The Department of Labor is modifying eight Privacy Act Systems of Records under the Privacy Act of 1974 and OMB Circular No. A-108. The modifications add a new routine use permitting disclosure of records to the U.S. Department of the Treasury for fraud prevention through the Do Not Pay Working System, and add two OMB M-17-12 model routine uses for breach response. Public comments are due May 21, 2026.
