Expedited Five-Year Reviews of PVLT Tires Antidumping Orders

The US International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews of antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from China. The Commission determined that domestic interested party response was adequate while other interested party response was inadequate, warranting expedited rather than full reviews. The review period has been extended by up to 90 days due to the extraordinarily complicated nature of the determinations.

Wood Mouldings and Millwork Products From China, Expedited Five-Year Reviews Scheduling

The USITC has scheduled expedited five-year reviews under Section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order and countervailing duty order on wood mouldings and millwork products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission found the domestic interested party response adequate and the respondent interested party response inadequate, warranting expedited rather than full reviews.
