Final Determinations on Capacity Market Disputes 2025-2026

Ofgem published final Tier 2 determinations on Capacity Market disputes for the 2025-2026 Delivery Year. The determinations review whether the Delivery Body correctly applied Capacity Market Regulations and Rules when reaching prequalification decisions. Eleven dispute determinations were published covering companies including Capbal (Kilwinning) Limited, OakTree Power Limited, Flexion Energy Holdings UK LTD, and others.

Advanced Reactor Regulatory Framework Correction - Amendatory Instructions

The NRC issued corrections to final rule 91 FR 15696, fixing minor errors in amendatory instructions for 10 CFR §§ 20.1002, 20.1401, 51.22 and Part 53. The corrections address duplicate word errors and conflicting instructions between the Advanced Reactor Framework rule and the Categorical Exclusions from Environmental Review rule, both published March 30, 2026. The corrected rule takes effect April 29, 2026.
