The National Bank of Serbia has issued a consolidated version of its Code of Professional Conduct, incorporating amendments from 2013, 2016, and 2019. The Code establishes principles of business conduct that staff must uphold, including professionalism, conscientiousness, legality, and prohibition of discrimination. It also addresses relations with third parties, media engagement, and social media use.
The National Bank of Serbia (NBS) has adopted its Statute, published in Official Gazette No. 47/2025. The Statute establishes the legal framework for the NBS as Serbia's central bank, defines its three governing bodies (Executive Board, Governor, and Council of the Governor), and sets rules for representation, administrative decision-making, and the use of seal, stamp, and logo.
