Law on National Bank of Serbia, Consolidated Version

The National Bank of Serbia (NBS) published a consolidated version of its founding Law, incorporating amendments from 2003 through 2025. The Law establishes NBS as an autonomous and independent central bank, primary objective of price stability, and enumerates powers including monetary policy, banking supervision, payment systems, insurance supervision, and financial system stability.
