OFCCP - Extension of Comment Period for VE VRAA Rulemaking

The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has extended the public comment period for its proposed rule modifications to the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) regulations. The comment period is now extended to September 17, 2025.

Extension of Comment Period for Section 503 Rehabilitation Act Regulations

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has extended the public comment period for proposed revisions to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. The comment deadline has been moved from September 2, 2025, to September 17, 2025. This extension is intended to allow for additional stakeholder input on the proposed regulatory changes.

OFCCP Proposes Renewal of VEVRAA Information Collection

The Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is requesting public comments on its proposal to renew the information collection for the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974. The current approval expires April 30, 2026.
