The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is amending its regulations to implement changes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and update crop insurance policies. These changes clarify harvest price methodology, deregulate regionalized program dates, and remove barriers to direct marketing, among other updates. The rule is effective November 30, 2025, with applicability for the 2026 and succeeding crop years.
