To determine our estimates, the research draws upon contract information from the United States, Australian and Canadian governments, and NATO. The report also draws upon information from specialist providers of defence market intelligence and supplementary information from other media organisations.
The research covers the calendar year from January 2023 to December 2023.
This research does not include any figures relating to the UK. For estimates of UK defence exports, please see the UK defence export statistics 2023.
The results from this intelligence report use a different methodology to the UK defence exports estimates, so are not comparable to UK figures and information from both publications cannot be combined.
