Testing

Exam Registration and Scheduling on or after July 29, 2025:

Important Update: Candidates must first register and pay for their real estate exam on the Division website before scheduling an exam with Pearson VUE.

To Register:

  1. Create an account with the Nevada Real Estate Division Visit https://red.prod.secure.nv.gov to create an account and begin the registration process. Please provide your name as it is listed on your government issued ID. DO NOT create multiple accounts.
  2. Complete Registration and Payment Follow the prompts to register and pay for your exam (see Information Bulletin 41 for step-by-step guide). Exam payments are final and nonrefundable, so please select them carefully. DO NOT submit multiple payments.
  3. Authorization to Test Email After your payment is processed and information is transferred to Pearson VUE, you will receive an Authorization to Test email from Pearson (within 2-3 business days) with instructions to schedule your exam.
  4. Schedule your exam through Pearson Once you receive your Authorization to Test from Pearson, follow the scheduling instructions provided in the email to book your exam.
