Testing
Exam Registration and Scheduling on or after July 29, 2025:
Important Update: Candidates must first register and pay for their real estate exam on the Division website before scheduling an exam with Pearson VUE.
To Register:
- Create an account with the Nevada Real Estate Division Visit https://red.prod.secure.nv.gov to create an account and begin the registration process. Please provide your name as it is listed on your government issued ID. DO NOT create multiple accounts.
- Complete Registration and Payment Follow the prompts to register and pay for your exam (see Information Bulletin 41 for step-by-step guide). Exam payments are final and nonrefundable, so please select them carefully. DO NOT submit multiple payments.
- Authorization to Test Email After your payment is processed and information is transferred to Pearson VUE, you will receive an Authorization to Test email from Pearson (within 2-3 business days) with instructions to schedule your exam.
- Schedule your exam through Pearson Once you receive your Authorization to Test from Pearson, follow the scheduling instructions provided in the email to book your exam.
