15 April 2026: YMCA Thames Gateway (L4547)
The regulator is currently investigating matters which may indicate serious failings in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard and the consumer standards.
The landlord has fewer than 1,000 social housing units and does not therefore have grades.
19 March 2026: Heylo Housing Registered Provider Limited (4668)
Current grades: G3* /V3*
The regulator is currently investigating matters which may indicate serious failings in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
The outcome of the investigation will be confirmed in a regulatory judgement, once completed.
(Note: we use an asterisk with a for-profit landlord’s grade (for example, C1* , G1* , V1*) to make clear that the assessment refers to a landlord that is designated on the register as being for-profit.)
