Four Barber and Cosmetology Licenses Revoked

The VA DPOR Board for Barbers and Cosmetology finalized revocation orders against five licenses held by four entities. HEALTHY HAIR CARE BEAUTY ACADEMY INC., DAO TRI DINH, DAYDREAMERS ACADEMY, and BLACK DIAMOND SCHOOL OF BEAUTY LLC (holding two licenses) had their licenses permanently revoked effective February 23, 2026.

Affected licensees must immediately cease all activities requiring the revoked licenses. Regulatory affairs and compliance personnel at beauty schools and cosmetology academies should verify their licensing status and ensure ongoing compliance with VA DPOR requirements to avoid similar enforcement actions.
