LEGAL NOTICE
April 7, 2026 Pursuant to Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Real Estate Commission of the Department of Labor and Licensing will consider changes to their rules. The proposed changes will amend the rules to incorporate changes required by Acts 392, 559, and 835 of 2025. Written comment will be accepted through May 11, 2026, at the below address or by email to Melissa.Goff@arkansas.gov. A public hearing for the proposed new rules will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the Arkansas Real Estate Commission Hearing Room, 612 South Summit, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. A copy of the proposed amendments may be obtained by calling the Arkansas Real Estate Commission at (501) 683-8010.
