JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Following last weekend’s severe storms impacting much of the state, the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance reminds Missourians who have questions or concerns about their insurance coverage to contact the department's Consumer Hotline at 800-726-7390 or visit insurance.mo.gov/consumers.
In 2025, DCI’s Consumer Affairs Division recovered a record-shattering $46.2 million on behalf of Missouri consumers. Insurance experts are available to provide direct assistance, address questions, investigate claims and complaints, and mediate disputes about coverage.
