L’IVASS informa che Maître Yann Baden, liquidatore dell’impresa lussemburghese FWU LIFE INSURANCE LUX S.A. ha dato notizia che tutti i moduli di insinuazione al passivo ricevuti sono attualmente in fase di elaborazione e che a causa dell’elevato numero di richieste, non è prevista una conferma automatica di ricezione. Verranno fornite informazioni sulle prossime fasi, ma per ricevere aggiornamenti sulla propria richiesta individuale, è necessaria la registrazione al Portale Clienti https://cp.fwulifelux.com/welcome. La liquidazione è impegnata a trattare tutte le domande nel più breve tempo possibile; richieste di chiarimento non strettamente necessarie sottraggono ulteriori risorse alle attività di verifica e ammissione delle domande. Il liquidatore ricorda ai creditori che tutte le carte di identità cartacee italiane, in conformità al Regolamento (UE) 2019/1157 e al Decreto del Ministero dell’Interno del 21 luglio 2022, cesseranno di essere valide indipendentemente dalla data di scadenza riportata sul documento a partire dal 3 agosto 2026. Pertanto i creditori che devono ancora trasmettere il modulo di insinuazione al passivo o che lo hanno già trasmesso allegando la carta di identità cartacea sono invitati a richiedere per tempo la Carta d’Identità Elettronica (CIE) e fornirla alla liquidazione caricandola attraverso il Portale Clienti sopra indicato. Per eventuali chiarimenti la liquidazione ha messo a disposizione una linea telefonica multilingue 00352 26 26 11 11, disponibile anche in italiano con lo scopo di fornire informazioni chiare e univoche. Per assistenza è inoltre possibile rivolgersi al Contact Center Consumatori IVASS, numero verde 800 - 486661, dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8.30 alle 14.30.
