The Mississippi Board of Pharmacy is now accepting applications for the following positions:

• Compliance Agent

The job opportunity will be posted through February 4, 2026. This position is based in the Jackson office and will work in the field statewide as needed for inspections and investigations. Relocation expenses will not be provided.

• Staff Attorney

  • The Staff Attorney will manage complex legal and regulatory matters for the agency, including advising the Board on disciplinary actions and litigation, drafting regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, responding to public records requests and subpoenas, and representing the agency in administrative proceedings and court. Applicants must be members of the Mississippi State Bar Association with a minimum of five years of legal experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience serving as legal counsel for a state agency, board, or commission and familiarity with administrative hearings and regulatory processes.
