USP will cease publishing errata separately in the tables at https://www.uspnf.com/official-text/errata-table and https://www.foodchemicalscodex.org/official-text/errata-table-all after May 29, 2026, and June 26, 2026, respectively. The errata published in conjunction with USP-NF 2026 Issue 6 and FCC 15 will be the last to publish separately in these online tables. This change will also apply to Spanish errata published at https://www.uspnf.com/es/texto-oficial/fe-de-erratas-usp-nf-en-espanol. Historic errata information previously published in the online tables will remain available at the links above.
Errata is published six times per year into the USP-NF online compendial publication and twice per year into the FCC online compendium. Errata published after the dates listed above can be found in the USP-NF and FCC online platforms by accessing the New and Changed list and sorting by the revision type “Errata.”
