Grand Forks region: Northeast Behavioral Health Clinic’s Grafton outreach office will have a two hour late start, opening at 10 a.m.

Clients with previously scheduled appointments are being contacted.

IMPORTANT: People experiencing a behavioral health crisis should call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline for immediate help. The crisis line is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
