Abstract

The disclosure provides a GLP-1 agonist polypeptide compound having an amino acid sequence: H Xaa1EGTFTSDVSSYLE Xaa2QAA Xaa3EFIAWLVRGRG (SEQ ID NO: 1). The C-terminal amino acid of the polypeptide compound is a carboxyl or the carboxyl is amidated. Xaa1 and Xaa2 are the same or different; R1 is: a straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl containing 2-6 carbon atoms, R2 is: H or CH3, X is: O, S or Nβ€”CH3, in the formula, R1 and R2 alkyl is optionally substituted by 1-6 halogen atoms.
