Round 2 of the Slurry Infrastructure grant is to help replace, build additional, expand or cover your existing slurry stores to reach the grant storage requirements:
- 6 months for beef and dairy cattle
- 8 months for pigs You can also use it for items to help you manage your slurry store, such as reception pits, slurry pumps and agitators.
Grant value: between £25,000 and £250,000.
Who can apply
You can apply for a grant if:
- you farm pigs, beef or dairy cattle
- your farming system already produces slurry
When you can apply
Invited applicants had until 11.59pm on 30 September 2024 to submit their slurry store location and design assessment form.
Once your project has passed the location and design check, you must submit your full application by the deadline date in your invitation email.
How to apply
Once the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) has confirmed your project has passed the location and design check, you can complete and submit your full application.
If your application is successful, RPA will send you a grant funding agreement (GFA).
