Notice is hereby given by the Vancouver Public Library Board (“VPL”) of its intent to contract with Cascadia Partners for the provision of consulting services.
Cascadia Partners will provide consulting services to VPL to align Strategic Planning, Onboarding and Core Staff Training consulting projects, taking place from May 11 th, 2026 to June 30 th, 2027.
