What changed

Affected parties include individuals with Social Security claims who had hearing information tracked under the discontinued system. The consolidation represents an administrative streamlining of SSA's records management. The public may submit comments through May 20, 2026, to the Head of Privacy and Disclosure Policy at SSA headquarters in Baltimore or via regulations.gov under docket SSA-2025-0037.
