Regulation on Permits for Loading Kept Hoofed Animals in Transport Vehicles

The Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgated a new regulation on permits for the loading of kept hoofed animals into transport vehicles, published as Dziennik Ustaw 2026 r. poz. 535. The regulation establishes the procedural and substantive requirements for obtaining authorization to gather and consolidate hoofed animals prior to transport.\n\nAgricultural firms and transport companies engaged in the loading or aggregation of kept hoofed animals must obtain the required permit under the new regime. Non-compliance with the permit requirement constitutes an administrative offence under Polish agricultural law and may result in enforcement action by the competent veterinary or agricultural authorities.
