On 13 March 2026 the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1). This notification concerns the following undertakings:
| — | Armira Growth Fund I GmbH & Co. geschlossene Investment KG and Armira Growth Co-Invest II GmbH & Co. geschlossene Investment KG both controlled by Armira Beteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG. (together ‘Armira’) (2) all of Germany, |
| — | IAG Invest AG & Co KG (‘Invest KG’, Austria), controlled by Privatstiftung für die Standorterhaltung in Oberösterreich, |
| — | Aviloo GmbH (‘Aviloo’, Austria) controlled by Invest KG. |
Armira and Invest KG will acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) and 3(4) of the Merger Regulation joint control of Aviloo.
The concentration is accomplished by way of purchase of shares.
2.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are the following:

| — | Invest KG is an Austrian investment fund. |
3.
The business activities of Aviloo include the development, manufacturing and sale of electric vehicle battery tests.
