Technical Implementation Date Defined for Ukrainian Citizens Assistance Law

The Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration issued a communication defining the specific technical implementation date for systems enabling the application of Articles 4(13d) and 42c-42w of the law on assistance to Ukrainian citizens, as well as Articles 8(24a)(c) and (e) of the population registry law.\n\nAffected parties including government agencies responsible for population registries, local administration units, and Ukrainian citizens residing in Poland under the special residence regime should prepare for the activation of these technical solutions. System integrators and IT departments within public administration should coordinate readiness for the new digital processes related to Ukrainian citizens' documentation and population registration.
