27.04.2026 EEAS Press Team High Representative/Vice-President, Kaja Kallas will be in Bandar Seri Begawan on 27 April and 28 April.

HR/VP Kallas will lead the EU delegation at the 25 th EU-ASEAN Ministerial Meeting, joined by several EU Member State Foreign Ministers and Vice-Ministers.

On Monday 27 April, HR/VP Kallas will have an audience with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, and hold bilateral meetings with ASEAN Secretary-General H.E. Kao Kim Hourn, and all ASEAN Foreign Ministers (except Myanmar). In the afternoon, the HR/VP will engage with students at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

On Tuesday 28 April, HR/VP Kallas will co-chair the 25 th EU-ASEAN Ministerial Meeting and take part in a joint press conference.
