Government of Bermuda to Provide Free Tickets for the Digital Finance Forum: Digital Payments Workshop & Market

Bermudians invited to experience the future of finance first-hand at a community-focused event on May 14, 2026

The Government of Bermuda today announced that it will provide a limited number of free tickets to the Bermuda Digital Finance Forum: Digital Payments Workshop & Market, taking place on May 14, 2026. Bermudians can claim their complimentary ticket by going to PTIX: www.ptix.bm/Event/8791.

The two-day event, hosted by Penrose Partners and SALT, with support from sponsors including Coinbase, Circle, Stellar, and Kraken, offers residents a unique, hands-on introduction to digital assets and the evolving landscape of digital finance. Now in its second year, the Forum continues to highlight Bermuda’s leadership in digital finance innovation and support community adoption.

What to Expect:

• Digital Payments Workshop - May 14, 2026, 1:00pm–3:00pm at Pier 6
  • Attendees will complete an educational workshop to understand, access, and use digital dollars in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. Everyone who completes the workshop will receive $100 in digital assets.
• Digital Payments Market - May 14, 2026, 3:00pm–8:00pm at Pier 6
  • Once equipped with digital wallets and $100 in digital dollars, attendees will shop at the Forum’s Digital Payments Market. Digital dollars can be spent at local vendors with live music and entertainment.
• RELM Party - May 13, 2026, 7:30pm–11:00pm at Pier 6
  • Ticket holders will also have access to the official conference party, sponsored by RELM, happening the night prior to the workshop and market. The event will celebrate the growth of Bermuda’s digital finance sector with music and fun during Bermuda’s first Harbour Nights of the summer.

Tickets for the RELM Party and Digital Finance Forum: Digital Payments Workshop & Market are priced at $100, and attendees will receive $100 in digital assets to use at the market. For those who apply for the government's complimentary tickets, admission is free, subject to availability.

Last year’s inaugural Bermuda Digital Finance Forum onboarded more than 400 local residents to digital finance through a first-of-its-kind community airdrop using Coinbase wallets and USDC. This year’s event builds on that foundation, introducing new technology platforms for holding, saving, spending, and investing digital assets, while offering even more Bermudians the opportunity to participate.

This support is part of the Government of Bermuda’s broader commitment to digital innovation, financial inclusion, while positioning Bermuda at the forefront of the global digital economy.
