Broadcasting Fees
- The Broadcasting Fees Regulations Footnote 1 (the Regulations) provide for the annual payment of broadcasting fees by certain broadcasting ownership groups. Subsection 11(1) of the Regulations sets out the components for the calculation of the estimated total regulatory costs of the Commission.
- Pursuant to section 12 of the Regulations, the Commission announces in this broadcasting order that the estimated total broadcasting regulatory costs of the Commission for the 2026-2027 fiscal year are $49.999 million.
- The annual adjustment amount referred to in subsection 10(2) of the Regulations for the 2024-2025 fiscal year is $0.563 million.
