Albuquerque, NM — The New Mexico Department of Justice (NMDOJ) and its Consumer Protection Bureau is reminding consumers who may have been affected by the Santa Fe Spa Center (also known as Voupre Spa or SHM Group 2019, Inc.) case to file any outstanding claims for settlement fund entitlement with the NMDOJ as soon as possible.
The settlement, executed by the NMDOJ and signed by Voupre Spa owners in August, includes $350,000 to return to those who lost money to the business. As stipulated in the agreement, claims must be submitted prior to February 10, 2026.
