Employees' Compensation Appeals Board Rules of Procedure Final Rule

The Department of Labor has issued a final rule updating the Rules of Procedure for the Employees' Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB). These updated regulations govern appeals under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) for federal employees seeking to appeal decisions from the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP). The rule is effective November 19, 2008.
