Clean Air Act Exemption for American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands

The Environmental Protection Agency and the Air Quality National Commission have issued a final conditional special exemption from certain Clean Air Act requirements for American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. This rule is effective January 13, 1997, unless adverse comments are received by December 13, 1996.
