ORDER 1. In its reply dated 19.02.2025, respondent no. 6 had mentioned that
the project 'OMAXE CITY' comprises of two separate projects one developed
by M/s Omaxe Limited (herein respondent no. 6) comprising of total area
admeasuring 4,12,673 Sq. Mtrs. (41.2 Hect. Approx.) and the other
developed by M/s Ramaniya Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. admeasuring
1,92,623 Sq. Mtrs. (19.2 Hect. Approx) and that the ponds located at
Khasra Nos. 1211, 1250, 1251, 1681 fall within the area developed by M/s
Omaxe Ltd./ Respondent No. 6, whereas the pond at Khasra No. 1653 falls
within area developed by Ramaniya Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. 1
- In view of the above referred pleadings presence of M/s Ramaniya
Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. is essential for just and fair adjudication of the
questions involved in the case. Accordingly, M/s Ramaniya Estate
Developers Pvt. Ltd.is impleaded as respondent no. 8.
- The Registry is directed to amend the memo of parties and issue
notice to respondent no. 8 requiring it to file its reply/response within one
month.
- List on 20.03.2026 for further hearing.
