EPA Proposes Connecticut SIP Revision for Algonquin Gas Transmission

The EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for Connecticut concerning Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC's compressor station. This revision addresses reasonably available control technology (RACT) determinations for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) related to the 2008 and 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
