The Administrator of the Division of Environmental Protection (Division) has decided to issue Reclamation Permit (0439) for an Exploration Project to Millennial NV, LLC (Permittee). This Permit authorizes the Permittee to reclaim the Wildcat Exploration Project. The project is located within portions of Sections 5, Township 30 North, Range 29 East; Sections 2-12, Sections 15-22, and Sections 26-35, Township 31N, Range 29 East; Sections 1, 12, and 13, Township 31 North, Range 29 East; Sections 32-35, Township 32 North, Range 29 East; Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian, Pershing County, Nevada. The Division has been provided with an application, in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 519A to assure the Division that the Permittee will leave the project site safe, stable, and capable of providing for a productive post-mining land use.
