Summary
The Susquehanna River Basin Commission has announced a public hearing scheduled for March 25, 2026. The notice provides information on how the public can submit comments, with a comment period deadline of May 4, 2026.
What changed
The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) has issued a notice announcing a public hearing to be held on March 25, 2026. This notice serves as an announcement for the hearing and provides instructions for public participation. The document also highlights that the Federal Register website is a prototype and not an official legal edition.
Regulated entities and interested parties should note the comment period deadline of May 4, 2026. While this is a notice of a hearing, it is important for stakeholders to review any associated materials or proposals that will be discussed at the hearing and consider submitting comments by the specified deadline. The notice does not impose new compliance obligations but facilitates public input on SRBC activities.
What to do next
- Review materials related to the March 25, 2026 public hearing.
- Submit comments by May 4, 2026, if desired.

The OFR/GPO partnership is committed to presenting accurate and reliable
regulatory information on FederalRegister.gov with the objective of
establishing the XML-based Federal Register as an ACFR-sanctioned

the material on FederalRegister.gov is accurately displayed, consistent with
the official SGML-based PDF version on govinfo.gov, those relying on it for
legal research should verify their results against an official edition of
the Federal Register. Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML

provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.
