Carroll County
B&J Pumping LLC
Develop and submit for DNR approval a standard operating procedure for manure application, including but not limited to the inspection of equipment and a response procedure for equipment failures; immediately implement said procedure upon DNR approval; and pay a $2,000 administrative penalty.
Hardin County
Goldfinch Estates II, LLC
Cease all illegal discharges to waters of the state; comply with all conditions of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit; within 365 days submit documentation proving that the sediment that accumulated in the River Road culvert immediately west of city well No. 4 has been removed; and pay a $4,500 administrative penalty.
